I Need to do this at home.Broke, no car. I have been on 20mg daily for almost 2mo. How do I get off the low dose? I have to be okay for my children. I can’t count on my husband. Does anyone know about using vitamins or Noni juice to lessen the pain of withdrawal? Is there anything that will really help with the awful bone pain and insomnia? Tried ambien, soma, benadryl,elavil, Nothing helps. I cannot afford rapid detox and have no one to help with my children.I am so scared.I HAVE to do this and any advice to lessen the unbearable pain of withdrawal will also help.Please hurry,I am starting 15mg tomorrow, need to know what to expect the lower I go and what I should do?I would be grateful for any legitimate advice.thanks!
